Magazines & Quiet Study
The Richwood-North Union Public Library offers a wide selection of magazines and periodicals ranging from cooking to home decor, sports to current events. Magazines may be checked out for 7 days with no checkout limit. If you can't find what your looking for in our magazine room, you can also place holds on magazines from our 90+ other partner libraries and have them delivered to the Richwood Library for you to pick up.

Internet Use Policy
The Richwood-North Union Public Library provides access to the Internet, a medium that offers a wealth of educational, recreational, and cultural information for library users. The library makes this service available as part of its mission to provide resources and services that foster lifelong learning, build cultural connections, and support recreational interests.
Meeting Room Policy
The Meeting Room Policy establishes rules and procedures for the use of the Library’s meeting room. Use of the meeting room by any group signifies acceptance of the terms of this policy.
A copy of this policy will be given to all those applying to use the meeting room.
General Guidelines:
Loan Periods and Fines
- Loan Period: 7 days
- Checkout Limit: 5 items per card at a time, DVDs and Blu-Ray may only be checked out by patrons age 18 or older.
- Overdue Fines: $1.00 per day late
- Loan Period: 28 days
- Checkout Limit: No limit
- Overdue Fines: $.05 per day late
- Loan Period: 7 days
- Checkout Limit: No limit
- Overdue Fines: $.05 per day late

Print & Fax Services
The Richwood-North Union Public Library has fax service (send only), color printers, and copy machines available for public use.
Computers & Internet Access
In order to advance our mission to foster lifelong learning, build cultural connections, and support recreational interests, the Richwood-North Union Public Library provides free access to public computers, basic software applications, a scanner, and the internet. Free Wi-Fi is also available throughout the library.
